The Blue Stockings Society was created over 9 years ago for this exact reason! We wanted less grey suited boring stuffy networking and a space where friendships could be formed and women could be honest about the challenges of running a business.
There are now over 1900 women in our Blue Stockings Facebook Group and we've held countless brunches, lunches, workshops, swap shops , markets and parties. Members have found friends, customers and collaborators and tapped into the expertise of other women juggling with their lives and businesses.
Joining the Blue Stockings Facebook Group is free and there are additional benefits if you become a Blue Stockings Subscriber and pay a £2.50 monthly Subscriber fee. 25% of our profits from Subscriber fees goes into a pot that only Subscribers can bid into for their business, or a charity or cause they care about.
