    The gallery area is available to hire Friday - Sunday during the cafe's opening hours with set up and take down arranged outside of these hours.

    We would love to help you plan your exhibition and can offer:

    • Disabled access and facilities

    • Your own private view Friday 4-7pm for £60 and BYO

    The Good Business School at THiNK will help you get started, keep on track and learn new ways to make a good living.

    We work with inspiring teachers and coaches from business, education and the not-for-profit sectors to provide learning experiences that are:

    Free evening course for artists, designers and makers with products or services to sell

    Prepare for a Pop-up: the complete series

    4 x 3 hour workshops 6-9pm successive Monday evenings 17th September -8th October with practice trading weekend 2-4th November.

    Delivered on behalf of the Creative Quarter Company, these courses are part of the ERDF-funded Big House project and free to eligible participants from the creative industries in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

    Freelancers and freethinkers, sole traders and entrepreneurs...

    Got to Friday and not managed to cross that important task off your list? You need a productive place to work with help on hand should you need it. Hosted every week by Emma Torrance, SFEDI qualified independent business adviser with one or more of our Team Friday, a bunch of people who can help out with specialist advice including social media, website content, accounts, legal, contract and employment issues, funding and administration. Just bring your laptop, phone, tasks in hand and prepare to finish the week on a high! You can check out which of the Team Friday will be around here.

    9am - 12.30pm - FREE - but please support us by buying from the cafe.

  • Summer Open Exhibition - call for artists

    Our fabulous Summer Open Exhibition is now in its third year and is a great opportunity for aspiring and established artists to exhibit in Nottingham city centre for 6 weeks. Selection is on Monday 23rd July 2 - 8pm and the exhibition will open 6pm on Thursday 26th July and run until Sunday 9th September. All work must be wall-based and for sale. All exhibitors have a chance of winning the Judges Prize or one of three People's Prizes.
